We provide services for all aspects of the Civil ( Public Sector Clients), Commercial, or Residential construction cycles including Consultant and Construction Management services, Structural Engineering evaluations for existing facilities, forensic investigations, and associated construction phase services.

Construction Dynamics & Consulting, Inc. is owned, operated, and staffed by people who enjoy providing solutions, information, and finished products for those involved in the construction process. This includes large, medium, or small scale projects. No project has greater relevance than another. How can it? Each client feels their project is the most important, as it should be. We place each client's project first on our agenda as illustrated in the following philosophies and strategies of our business.

We negotiate and contract our work scope to provide the level of service each and every client expects and deserves. Construction Dynamics & Consulting, Inc. pursues all projects with the same diligence. The team consists of staff with varying levels of expertise and depth of knowledge. The common link is we are all service oriented  people by nature and take pride in providing a quality end product for our clients (if a prospective employee does not demonstrate these traits, they cannot join the Construction Dynamics & Consulting, Inc. team).

Many of the team members have worked for nationally recognized engineering firms prior to joining Construction Dynamics & Consulting, Inc.. This experience has helped recruit team members that love the industry along with the associated work, who have a passion for their work, but desire a more substantive roll in their project's day to day product delivery.

The staff and management at Construction Dynamics & Consulting, Inc. enjoy providing solutions and finished products for those who have asked us to join their project team. We use the best technology to accomplish the tasks at hand, we have a wealth of technical professional sub-consultants at our disposal including Professional Engineers, Contractors, or Architects if such needs arise. We will only recommend people we feel are both principally and ethically like minded. If they don't put your project's needs first, they never join our project team.
